About the Organisation

The mission of CEPI, the European Association of Real Estate Professions, is to support the European real estate market and cross-border transactions by enhancing and strengthening the work and activities of real estate professionals. We represent 33 national professional organisations of estate agents and property managers based in 25 EU and EFTA countries. Their members are active in all sectors of the residential real estate market daily, involving both sales and letting transactions and long-term management.

About the role

As our Project Management Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of an exciting and innovative project, MMCEPI, the first European quality label of real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with people: Use your excellent social skills to build relationships, respond to queries, and keep stakeholders satisfied.
  • Innovative problem-solving: Bring fresh ideas and quick thinking to tackle challenges.
  • Project development: Contribute to shaping the project’s future, ensuring it evolves effectively.
  • IT know-how: Leverage your tech skills to support the project and liaise with contractors when needed.
  • Deadline management: Stay on top of timelines and keep everyone on track.
  • Teamwork: Join a close-knit team of 6, bringing positivity, enthusiasm, and a sense of camaraderie.
  • Promoting the project: Help build support and interest through presentations, public speaking engagements, and potential travel opportunities.
  • Navigating bureaucracy: Confidently handle administrative hurdles and proactively push through delays to keep the project moving forward.

Skills, Competencies, & Experience

  • Experienced, with a minimum of 3 years in relevant roles, and able to demonstrate your skills through diverse experiences.
  • People person who loves working with diverse personalities.
  • Someone with a creative yet practical mindset for solving problems.
  • Skilled in project management, IT basics, and contractor coordination.
  • Organized, reliable, and driven by deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to see projects succeed.
  • Confident public speaker who can present ideas and promote the project in various settings.
