About the role
A Policy & Project Officer plays a dual role, providing strategic policy input while also managing and coordinating the implementation of projects. This position is crucial in ensuring that organizational goals align with public policy developments and that projects are executed effectively and on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead EFEE’s policy engagement and support advocacy activities
- Represent EFEE in meetings with EU institutions and key stakeholders
- Monitor EU policy developments and draft strategic position papers
- Manage at least one EU-funded project focused on social dialogue in education
- Organise events and ensure projects align with EFEE’s goals
Skills, Competencies & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in EU policy, social dialogue, or education
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Experience managing EU-funded projects
- Commitment to social partnership and education reform
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in relevant field (European Affairs, Public Policy, etc.)
