About the role
The Membership & Project Officer is a dual-function role that supports both the development and engagement of an organisation's membership base and the planning and implementation of projects. This position plays a critical role in strengthening member relationships, coordinating events and communications, and ensuring the successful delivery of project activities aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the re-design and implementation of EFEE’s membership strategy
- Identify and connect with prospective members at all levels
- Foster engagement and deliver value to current members
- Manage one or more EU-funded projects, ensuring high-quality implementation
- Coordinate with partners, prepare reports, and organise project-related events
Skills, Competencies & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a membership-based organisation
- Proven skills in membership development and EU project management
- Fluent English (written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus
- Organised, proactive, and committed to EFEE’s mission
Required Qualifications
- University degree in International Relations, European Studies, or a similar field
