  • Learn about the results of a unique survey conducted by Kenes Group with Healthcare professionals views of virtual events and their preferences
  • Get in to the mindset of an experienced association planner, as they walk you through the thought process of turning their in-person conference hybrid or virtual this year and what opportunities might be available that did not exist before
  • Representatives from the Hybrid City Alliance will share some of their key findings from the co-creation sessions they conducted earlier this year with insights from associations and suppliers.

Ori Lahav joined Kenes in 2013 as VP Marketing, bringing more than 15 years of marketing experience to the management team. Ori’s expertise includes implementing marketing strategies, ATL/BTL and leading digital campaigns in online/social media channels. He began his career in the communications industry, where he held marketing positions at Internet, voice and mobile telecom providers. This was followed by a senior role in the automotive sector with a start-up that raised US$ 900M to manufacture electric cars.
After 4 years in Kenes Group, Ori moved to manage the Client Accounts & Operations business unit.
At the beginning of 2017, Ori also became an IAPCO Council Member (IAPCO – the International Association of Professional Congress Organisers), currently, serves as the association's President.
Lahav was recognised by event professionals in the Eventex Top 100 Most Influential People in the industry for two consecutive years.
In addition, Ori speaks at different industry events: IAPCO EDGE Seminars, PCMA Convening Leaders, ICCA, Event Innovation summit, IMEX and more.
Ori holds a BA in Statistics from the University of Haifa and an MBA from the University of Derby, UK.

Senior member of the Sales and Marketing team at Ottawa Tourism: collaborating with members to secure city wide conventions within the corporate, association and international markets, boosting the economy in our nation’s capital while supporting 43,000 jobs in the tourism sector.
Respected leader, able to generate enthusiasm, participation and support from individuals and teams at all levels, both internal and external. Self-motivated, tenacious individual who is driven to succeed and passionate about helping others achieve their full potential and is a strong advocate of continuous learning and professional development.

Bridget Chisholm
Bridget Chisholm

Director of Conferences, International Leadership Association

Bridget began her congress organizing career in Richmond, Virginia in the early 90s after working as a travel agent for five years. She has planned annual conferences for the National Organization for Women, Midwifery Today, Baxter Healthcare, the United Nations Environment Program, and other environmental and social organizations, NGOs, and privately held corporations. In 1999, Bridget moved to Washington, DC and took the position of Conference & Travel Director at JOI (Joint Oceanographic Institutions, now the Consortium for Ocean Leadership). She began telecommuting in 2000 and has been a telecommuter ever since.  In 2005, she took a year off to establish a small farm in in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just outside of Washington, DC and in 2006, she took the position of Conference Director at the North American Association for Environmental Education (NAAEE).  In 2012 she became the Director of Conferences at the International Leadership Association where she executes both virtual and face to face conferences and events for a global community of academics, educators, and practitioners passionate about leadership for the greater good.
Bridget's leadership in creating sustainability initiatives has led to several hotel and convention centers adopting more comprehensive recycling programs and beginning or improving upon their composting programs. She is passionate about sourcing food seasonally and locally, working directly with chefs and caterers to ensure the local farming community is resourced.  Always asking the tough questions when it comes to UNSDG adoption, her dedication to these efforts began 0ver 30 years ago in 1989 when she organized the Earth Day Concerts at Foxboro Stadium for Concerts for the Environment and that same year helped established the Greater Richmond Environmental Action Trust which for over a decade held educational Earth Day celebrations in the capitol city.
Bridget studied Business Management at Virginia Commonwealth University and she is a graduate of the Lucas School of Travel Management.

International Association Sales Manager, The Hague Convention Bureau (Hybrid City Alliance Member)

Tadeja Pivc-Coudyser is a Sales Teamlead at The Hague Convention Bureau, an official organisation that promotes The Hague as a conference destination that facilitates event organisers in hosting conferences in The Hague. She is primarily dedicated to supporting clients in cluster areas: Peace & Justice, Legal Policy, Finance and Medical events, where a high level of compliance and standards are expected.
Next to leading a team of sales managers, advising and supporting clients, she is also a core team member of the Hybrid City Alliance, bringing the project to life, from ideation to implementation. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the meetings, events, and travel industry, extending to associations, PCOs, and travel company. She is a strong advocate of the meetings industry and a Chairperson of the ICCA France Benelux Chapter.
