Executive Director of the Year

Winner: Ben Beadle, National Residential Landlords Association

The judges said: "Ben clearly demonstrates engaged and active leadership for the NRLA staff and its members. He has made a great impact on the association as a whole and his creative solutions have lead to a successful and financially stable organisation for the future."

Best Member Support during Covid19

Winner: Coronavirus: Information and Advice, Horticultural Trades Association

Winner: Hormones: The Inside Story, Society for Endocrinology

The judges said: “An informative, topical and popular podcast series, with a refreshingly different approach, that exceeded its KPIs. A very impressive debut into the podcast world from the Society for Endocrinology.”


Best Digital Transformation

Winner: A new website, CRM and members’ portal, Association for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine

The judges said: “This is an example of a well designed plan, having clearly identified the weaknesses in the previous system, that has subsequently focused on delivering to that plan to a high level of success.”


Association of the Year - Individual Member Organisations

Winner: Incorporated Society of Musicians

The judges said: “ISM has a strong member-centric approach towards both the challenges of Covid and Brexit that its members face with a wide range of achievements under incredibly difficult conditions. Also, they are clearly able to strategise well and capitalise on their strengths!”

Winner: Association of British Certification Bodies

The judges said: “An association that made tremendous advances in addressing the Covid restrictions, establishing robust standards for remote auditing – a global first.”
