15 January UK: The Association Event Forum will once again take place at International Confex next month on 28th February and 1st March in London.

The event, which saw over 200 association event planners in attendance last year, is being produced in partnership with the Association of Association Executives (AAE) and the Association of British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO)

Moderated by Heather Lishman, ABPCO Association Director, speakers already confirmed include Damian Hutt, Executive Director, AAE; Mike Hewitt, Managing Director, Adaugeo Media; Kate Sargent, Deputy MD, Bioscientifica; Leah Carter, Global Head of Events, Association of MBAs; and Rebecca Harper, Membership & Events Officer, British Parking Association.

The speakers will deliver talks on subjects ranging from crisis management, to producing fabulous events on a shoestring. "This is a really great programme for an incredibly important group of visitors for the show," commented Liz Agostini, Event Director, International Confex.

"The association programme has grown in popularity year on year, and is still one of the best places to get free educational content specifically aimed towards association meetings. We're especially delighted to be working with both ABPCO and the Association of Association Executives again this year."

The event received outstanding attendee feedback at International Confex 2017, both for the quality of the seminar content, and the peer to peer networking.
