The Head of Training leads the development and delivery of our trade union training to stewards, safety reps and to our new equality reps. As well as offering our accredited reps wider training opportunities, we are proud of our in-house, bespoke offer for both induction and follow-on courses, all of which are accredited through the Open College Network. Continuously attracting the highest evaluation from reps, we also seek to develop continuously in response to changing needs.

*The CSP operates hybrid working where employees can work between their home and the office. Through discussions with line managers, the CSP encourages employees to decide how, when and where they work best in a way that balances the needs of the CSP, the team and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which includes a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps.
