The candidate will have significant leadership experience coupled with a strong track record of innovative and impactful thinking and analysis. Have sound experience in public policy development and a proven ability to manage a complex organisation, capable of inspiring and motivating staff to reach the highest standards. Will be expected to represent the organisation at the top levels of government, politics, business, the voluntary sector and the media. In addition, the candidate will be an excellent fundraiser, able to play a lead role in managing strategic funding relationships, while ensuring that IPPR’s research remains at the cutting-edge of public policy.
