Liam is an expert in collecting, analysing and translating key research and data across diverse groups of members, to identify new opportunities and create targeted benefits which drive retention, income and promote long-term engagement strategies.
Liam has successfully built a career in membership development, specialising initially in executive education initiatives across banking and finance, and more recently in the field of clinical ultrasound. he injects a passion for data, analysis and people-centric services into everything he does with a continual focus on achieving tangible business results. As Membership Manager for ISUOG, he recently introduced predictive analytics to reduce defaults by using data to identify / target members most likely to resign through interventions. Liam has also driven significant growth, particularly from trainees at the beginning of their career, attracting new audiences and creating a sustainable membership pipeline.
