Hear how the AAE created a hyper-personalised experience for their annual congress using the Eventfolio events management & marketing platform. Delegate participation to the Associations World Congress involves commitment and contribution from delegates: Surveys for each session attended, Case studies to submit, Presentations for some, Supplier meetings to book, and checking for hotel and travel commitments.

Each session had its own table plan for the cabaret layouts, as its important with the high sharing and co-working nature of the event, that delegates were with their closest peers.

I have over 35 years experience in conferences and events, with 21 specifically supporting associations with their events, publishing, member engagement, and association management. I have headed up the AAE since its beginnings in 2006.
