Take part as a supplier

A range of suppliers take part in the Associations Congress that have proven high quality offering for associations. We limit the number of each type of supplier or number from each global region and European country.

Profile of the Association Delegates attending

  • 50% Executive Heads from all association types, that have lots of activities and most with large annual conferences
  • 50% Events specialists from all association types, with large annual conferences / portfolios
  • All from International (50%) or European (50%) associations, societies, federations and membership organisations
  • 150+ association executive buyers

Suppliers participating

  • Limited participation of 70 suppliers
  • A maximum number of each type of supplier, and for destinations / venues a limit from each global region / European country
  • No more than two organisations can take up the sharing of the Supplier Participation package (and only when one is the CVB and the other is a venue)

Appointments

  • Use of award-winning Grip Events appointments tool
  • Delegates select their own suppliers to meet, including only two destinations / venues and 4 other suppliers each
  • Appointments are in dedicated appointment sessions before lunch on each day, and at the end of the main first day (for the first 20 appointments)
  • Package includes: 10 appointments arranged by the system according to delegates' requests, 10 appointments the supplier sets up from those requesting to meet them, and 10 additional appointments happen onsite informally(although most suppliers gain many more than this)
