We welcome everyone attending the congress to a reception at the Giardino di Valfonda for Prosecco and Canapés, meeting fellow delegates, session leaders and strategic partners.
Hosted Dinners

A number of dinners are hosted by strategic partner suppliers in restaurants within walking distance of the Welcome Reception. If you would like to attend one of these, please check the relevant box in the Options page of your registration. You will then be advised a few weeks before the event, which dinner you are attending and where. There is no cost for delegates to attend these.

Congress Party

We welcome everyone attending the congress to a party at the very grand Palazzo Gondi, with local food and wines.
The palace, situated just next to the Palazzo Vecchio and the Bargello, was designed in 1489 by architect Giuliano da Sangallo, was a favorite of Lorenzo the Magnificent. It was designed for the banker Giuliano Gondi Il Vecchio on the ruins of the ancient Roman Theater, above which a tower had also been built to house the study of the notary Ser Piero Da Vinci, Leonardo's father. The palace was inaugurated in June 1495 on the occasion of a visit by the Duke of Urbino to Florence. In 1600 the beautiful fountain in the courtyard was added. In the 1700s and early 1800s various restoration and embellishment work was done there to adapt some rooms to the taste of the time, such as the splendid first-floor alcove frescoed by Matteo Bonechi.
