How to attend & book
About attending
- The congress is open to association exeutives and events specialists employed directly by International or European associations societies and federations
- Attendance is by invitation only. If you meet the criteria and haven't received an invitation, then please check your spam filter or make a request booking or email congress.invitation@associationexecutives.org
- All "Bookings" on this website are requests to attend, and will be reviewed and the booker advised by email, normally, within 1 working day
Delegates are involved in preparing for their attendance with a variety of activities & commitments:
February, March & April:- Book on the Congress
- Reserve one of the congress hotels within a week of approval of your delegate booking, and add your hotel and travel details to your delegate booking
- Select your sessions (a max of one Executive Skills session can be selected)
- Provide information, opinion on a few questions, and details of a case study you can share, for at least three of the four sessions you select (in Session Input forms)
- Prepare your three case studies to share & submit them at the website
- Make eight appointments with suppliers

There is no fee to cancel attendance up to 15 days before the event. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, if there is no emergency or force majeure incident then there is a charge of GBP 600. You can transfer your registration to a colleague if they match the delegate criteria at any time, without attracting a cancellation fee.
