The package includes:

Present at the event

• Welcome delegates for 5 minutes at the start of the stream
• A 20 minute Talk, or a case study from you or one of your customers in the stream you are sponsoring (speaker, topic and content to be approved by AAE)
• Present a Showcase for each day you are sponsoring, where you can demonstrate your offering (20 minutes presentation followed by Q&A) 

Expo Participation

• As detailed in the Expo Participation package

Promotion prior to the event

• Your logo on promotional emails (over 40,000+)
• A large entry on the Sponsors page of the event website with a link to your full profile
• Advert in the AAE eBulletin for two issues prior to the event
• Branding in the header of the stream webpage
• Record a Stream Sponsor video (upto one minute) about your involvement in the programme sent out to delegates on social media
• Your profile page to include a list of successful projects for association clients 
• Social media promotion x4 
• Invitation to delegates to book an appointment with you 

Promotion during the event

• Your promotional video playing as delegates are waiting for the morning and afternoon sessions to start
• Invitation by the stream chair to the delegates to visit your virtual stand or meeting room

Promotion after the event

• Advert in the AAE eBulletin for two issues after the event
• An Enhanced entry in the Supplier Directory for twelve months (two-day sponsorship)
• A Standard entry in the Supplier Directory for twelve months (one-day sponsorship)
