Stream Sponsorship Package

During the two days, there will be between 4 and 6 streams, and each of these is sponsorable. Sponsorship provides profile raising, branding, additional access, speaking, possible involvement in the content and facilitating. The package includes:

Stream Sponsor branding on the sponsor page of the website and emails
Branding on the agenda at the website
Promotion of your sponsorship to all AAE community
Branding in the session, with your branding materials around the room
Brochures on the tables for each delegate
Opportunity for you to distrubute a white paper of your own at the session
Contribute to curation of the content of the stream with AAE
Speak in one of the sessions of the stream (15 minutes)
Your logo on the main congress branding
Your Video playing as delegates enter the stream (max 1 minute)
Additional staff pass to attend the entire event

Prices: between GBP 4,950 and GBP 9,950 for a stream day, depending on the stream

Session Sponsorship Package

During the two days, there will be between 4 and 8 sessions for each stream for Executive Heads and Events Strategists, and each of these is sponsorable. Sponsorship provides profile raising, branding, additional access, speaking, possible involvement in the content and facilitating. The package includes:

Session Sponsor branding on the sponsor page of the website and emails
Branding on the agenda at the website
Promotion of your sponsorship to all AAE community
Branding in the session
Possiblity to curate the content of the session with AAE
Welcome the delegates to the session
Your logo on the main congress branding
Your Video playing as delegates enter the session (max 1 minute)
Additional staff pass to attend the entire event

Prices: between GBP 1,950 and GBP 2,950 depending on the session

Welcome Dinner Sponsor

After the Welcome reception, a number of dinners are hosted by suppliers, for either Executive Heads or Events Strategists from International and/or European associations. The package includes:

Dinner Sponsor branding on the sponsor page of the website and emails
Branding on the dinner page at the website
Promotion of your sponsorship to all AAE community
Select delegates you wish to attend, on a first-come first-served basis (book your sponsorship early)
Select the restaurant, menu and wines, from those selected by the local PCO
Welcome diners on arrival
Talk to diners during the dinner
Your own Roll-Up graphic near the entrance to dinner room
Your own materials on the table(s) during dinner
Opportunity for you to distribute gifts
Additional staff pass to attend the entire congress

Price: x 10 delegates + up to 3 staff = GBP 1,950 + Costs of the restaurant, paid directly

Business Partner Participation Package

Equivalent to the previous year's level of "Business Partner Exhibitor")

This provides suppliers with good engagement, networking, and appointments. Its a great way to engage with exactly the right high-value potential customers at the point when they are scoping out their needs for services and events from suppliers.

There are ONLY 65 packages for suppliers total, and currently all packages for events-related suppliers are sold out.

What's included:

Appointments

8-10 Appointments set up with association delegates in advance
Appointments take place during scheduled times at the start and end of long morning, lunch and afternoon breaks, and take 15 minutes

Briefing Round tables

Destinations & Venues: Introductory meeting on a round-table with multiple association delegates to brief delegates on your service for up to 10 minutes and for each delegate to explain their challenges and then discuss those
Other service providers: Briefing delegates on a key state-of-the-art challenge & solution for 20 minutes, and discuss interests with and among delegates for 20 minutes

Physical presence

Tables dedicated to each supplier, with name board
Positioned in open hub area of the congress, where delegates can approach you at any time throughout the event
Refreshment service positions among these meeting tables, with staff clearing

Programme Sessions

You can attend most of the sessions (except the restricted Medical Associations Meeting)

Logo and listing on the event website
Promotion in emails to delegates and the AAE community in advance of the event
Listing on event signage
