About Booking
- Attendance is by invitation only. (If you believe you should have recevied an invitation please get in contact.)
- The congress is open to leaders and events specialists employed directly by International or European associations societies and federations
- All "Bookings" are requests to attend, and will be reviewed and the booker advised by email, normally, within 1 working day
Delegate attendance involves:
- Booking your sessions in April
- Providing information, opinion on a few questions, and details of a case study you can share, for each session booked (x 4 max total) by the end of May
- Select 6 suppliers to meet with at Appointments over the two days in the dedicated sessions, by the end of May
- Book one of the congress hotels by the end of May and confirm this and your flight to us

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
While there is no fee to attend, the cost of hosting each delegate is approximately GBP1,100.00, so the following cancellation terms and conditions are applicable to avoid delegates not showing.
Key terms and conditions are:
- There is no fee to cancel attendance up to 14 days before the event
- Within 14 days of the event, if there is no emergency or force majeure incident, then there is a charge of GBP 600
- You can transfer your registration to a colleague if they match the delegate criteria at any time, without attracting a cancellation fee
