Profile of the association delegates attending
- 150 buyers from associations and societies in the UK
- 50% CEOs and 50% Events specialists, from all association types, with annual conferences / event portfolios
- All from UK national associations, societies, federations and membership organisations
Profile of suppliers participating
- Limited participation of 40 suppliers for minimum 120 association delegates
- A maximum number of each type of supplier
- Maximum of 50% of supplier destinations and venues
How appointments work
- Delegates are required to attend meetings as part of their commitment as a delegate
- Delegates select their own suppliers to meet, including at least two destinations/venues
- 10 appointment meetings are arranged by the system, 10 meeting appointments the supplier sets up, and 10 additional meetings happen onsite (although most suppliers gain many more than this)
- Appointments are in dedicated 70 minute appoinment sessions before lunch on each day, at the end of the first day and during lunch and refreshment breaks
