How to attend
About attending
- The congress is open to leaders and events specialists employed directly by UK national and regional associations, societies and federations
- Attendance is by invitation only. If you meet the criteria and haven't received an invitation, then please check your spam filter or make a request booking or email congress.invitation@associationexecutives.org
- All "Bookings" on this website are requests to attend, and will be reviewed and the booker advised by email, normally, within 1 working day
Delegates are involved in preparing for their attendance with a variety of activities:
February & March:- Book their accommodation at the venue within a week of approval of their delegate booking, and confirm this in their registration information
- Selecting their sessions
- Providing information, opinion on a few questions, and details of a case study to share, for each session booked (x 4 max total)
- Select suppliers to meet with, for a maximum 8 pre-arranged appointments in the dedicated sessions
- Start preparing case studies to share
- Accept a minimum of eight appointments by the appointments system

There is no fee to cancel attendance up to 15 days before the event if you had already booked your accommodation at Yarnfield Park by the end of April. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, if there is no emergency or force majeure incident then there is a charge of GBP 600. You can transfer your registration to a colleague if they match the delegate criteria at any time, without attracting a cancellation fee.
