These are some of the presentation formats used in our current programme agenda
Camp Fire

Camp Fire

A facilitated delegate-led discussion about a topic with no formal presentation.

Case Study

A presentation about an individual association's specific challenge, solution and outcomes

Crash Course

An interactive session on a practical or operational activity, equipping participants with useful techniques and tools to apply.

Expert Briefing

A 10-15 minute briefing on the most up-to-date approach / technology / process, given by a consultant or business partner, followed by discussion.


An exchange of ideas on a specific topic in a small group.


A presentation from an association leader on an highly-focused topic or activity, specific to associations (not a case study).


An thought-leadership talk both inspirational and challenging, normally from a non-association speaker and often a disruptor, game-changer.

Success Story

An overview presentation of a successful project for 15-20 minutes followed by 10-15 minutes of Q&A, with comprehensive published document available to take away.


Interactive and intensive, addressing a strategic skill or process for a senior association executive, led by an expert.
