Virtual Meeting platforms have significantly evolved since the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic - as well as our understanding of our needs!

While we are all planning our virtual and hybrid meetings for 2021, it is important to look for a virtual platform that gives a 360’ congress experience and facilitates interactivity, meaningful online engagements and supports the online learning habits of our audience. It is even more crucial to understand how the virtual platform can support the physical meeting and how the onsite and online can merge to one complete hybrid meeting experience

The webinar will explore:

  • How technology has evolved in the last year
  • Your check list, the "must have" components in a virtual meeting platform and what questions you must ask in your bid process
  • How to shortlist the right providers and what to look for "behind the scenes" of the platform presentation

The choice of the right virtual meeting platform is critical!  It is our virtual congress centre, our communication and media channel, arena for interaction and exchange of knowledge, our exhibition and nearly every other function that needs to be replaced from the physical meeting format. In fact, while the physical congress centre is allowing us many ways to interact, the virtual medium is narrowing our options to only one channel. The choice of the virtual platform is the most important decision to make on the way to a virtual meeting. A good platform will enable maximizing the congress experience, live interactions, engagements  and happenings. It will also allow flexible session formats to support the way people learn online.
