During this 90-minute masterclass with presentations and discussion with some practical exercises, the tutor will demonstrate key approaches to establishing how best to consider CRM for your organisation taken from the business strategy viewpoint.

The masterclass will also cover the elements that go to make up CRM and introduce the Member Management Framework to help understand the role of CRM.
