It’s not a technical issue
CRM is often treated almost exclusively as an ‘IT project’, with sometimes software being purchased and installed without a full understanding of what the business considers its requirements to be.
This is to ‘put the cart before the horse’.
During this 90-minute masterclass with presentations and discussion with some practical exercises, the tutor will demonstrate key approaches to establishing how best to consider CRM for your organisation taken from the business strategy viewpoint.
The masterclass will also cover the elements that go to make up CRM and introduce the Member Management Framework to help understand the role of CRM.
Michael Collins is a CRM and data strategy expert with more than 35 years’ experience of consultancy, training, university teaching and mentoring. He helps organisations maximise the benefits to be derived from using their data. Delegates will benefit from his engaging style backed by in-depth knowledge.
You will take away strategic concepts which can be implemented in your own organisation:
- How to determine if your organisation is ready for CRM
- Why there is a need for strategy before technology
- How CRM touches all the main functions of the organisation
- The Member Management Framework
- The importance of getting the specification right
- Determining if you need new technology
