8 areas to address your objectives, members' expectations, and budget requirements
So your association has made the choice to go hybrid. Whatever the reasons – enhanced geographical reach, delegate and sponsor choices, some sustainability benefits, members’ uncertainty about travel, you have to deliver it.
Where do you start? It can feel overwhelming - the pandemic has changed almost everything we know about events, community, connection and learning.
Our trainer, Sasha Frieze, distilled her decades in the commercial conference industry and advising associations and non-profits into an Events Masterclass delivered over two 3-hour sessions.
This masterclass will help you get clarity on considering the options and formulate a plan of action.
Who should attend?
The Masterclass is for event strategists at Senior Manager, Director, Head of Department and Executive Head of organisation level within societies, associations and federations.
Programme
The masterclass will be held in two 3-hour sessions split with a 1-hour lunch break (please supply your own coffee & lunch!). We'll take advantage of group exercises and online collaboration tools. Come prepared to fully engage.
