Edwina delivers a range of courses from campaign planning to digital strategy, content marketing, and social media. With her vast background and experience in senior marketing roles, Edwina has a unique ability to deliver training courses at every level from the top-level strategy, through to the hands-on implementation and measurement of marketing activities. Edwina’s training style focuses on her delegates’ specific requirements, and she endeavours to create solutions within training sessions that are bespoke to the situation, bringing concepts to life for each attendee. Edwina combines her role as a trainer with SocialB with an in-house marketing role enabling her to stay up to date with the latest trends and understand the pressures of delivering campaigns. She is currently the Head of Marketing for an engineering technology company and is also a marketing consultant and strategist for the innovation arm of the business. Before her current roles Edwina worked as an Account Director for a B2B marketing agency and lead the digital strategy for leading agricultural technology company Syngenta, among various other marketing roles.

Carol has over 20 years of marketing experience having worked agency and client side. She has worked across financial services, automotive, FMCG, charities, memberships, governmental and professional bodies, supporting organisations with integrated strategic marketing plans using her intensive knowledge of online and offline marketing.

Carol’s experience is vast and she has worked with an array of member organisations and B2Bs both in her agency roles, and as an independent consultant. Carol has recently joined SocialB as a digital marketing trainer and with her impressive background in strategic, hands-on, and advisory roles, Carol brings a wealth of experience to clients and delegates.

For the Chartered Institute of Building, Carol developed a marketing strategy, brand messaging and campaign implementation, plus delivered internal training to maximise marketing spend and analyse results.

Carol recently delivered a bespoke training course on paid social media advertising for the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management, upskilling the team on how to effectively manage and optimise campaigns for greater ROI.

Carol has also worked with NEST Pensions including providers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Carol was involved in complex multi strategy planning and implementation. Changing perceptions was main objective and trained team on how to develop efficient online campaigns complimenting offline activities.

She has also worked with various other membership organisations including Her Business Revolution, Unbiased (financial services), and Proudly Norfolk.

On top of marketing training and consultancy, Carol also runs her own bespoke jewellery business and is actively involved in marketing networking, passionate for sharing knowledge and experience with peers at all levels and all backgrounds.

John is a former Membership Director, with over 25-years’ experience of making presentations. He is the retained trainer in Public Speaking and Presentation Skills for the AAE and also for the Institute of Data & Marketing. John is a professionally qualified coach with a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential from the International Coach Federation. He has spoken in the UK and internationally working with association professionals across Europe and in India and Australia.
