Anthony Wilkinson is Director of Operations at the RQA and has over 30 years of experience supporting and managing world-class organizations, across a diverse range of industries: from automotive to fast-moving-consumer-goods; from construction components to management consultancy; and from testing and inspection to professional associations.
On leaving school, Anthony studied and qualified as a design draughtsman, but then went on to study business studies. His first “proper” job was in the automotive industry, during the heyday of quality management – he acquired a set of professional skills that have stood the test of time and served him well throughout his career.
Anthony’s knowledge, skills and experience have taken him around the world: working in a software application development in Toronto; instilling a food safety culture in Dubai (and testing a lot of food and water); and managing high-rise construction projects in Hong Kong. He now lives and works in Ipswich, where his spare time is consumed by writing, cooking and travelling.
